While research about the use of technology in education continues to be limited, anecdotal evidence of the power of technology to mold instruction and motivate students abounds.  The links below explore some of the best sites on line for finding best practice examples.

Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow:  This program ended in 1998 but is still reviewed as an example of the positive effects technology can have when used throughout the curriculum. http://www.apple.com/education/k12/leadership/acot/

The George Lucas Educational Foundation:  Organized to improve education, this organization provides examples, videos, and other resources.  The link takes you to the portal for principals.  http://glef.org/principals.html

Curriculum Snapshots:  Provided by the Appalachian Educational Lab, this web site allows you to browse or search for ideas for integrating technology across grades and curriculum areas.  The snapshots feature real teachers and students.  http://www.ael.org/snapshot/index.htm
